Online Subscription Services Refund Policy

Effective Jan. 1^st 2010

The following policy applies to all online subscriptions of Next Level Profits, LLC Online Training products. The sale of these products are intended solely for current and future members, purchased directly from and accessed through the Next Level Profits, LLC Website at www.nlprofits.com or one of Next Level Profits, LLC sales pages. This charge will appear on your Credit Card bill as Next Level Profits, LLC.

Next Level Profits, LLC Internet Profits Training Online Subscription

All Online Training subscriptions are non-refundable. Your credit card will be charged $29.97 every thirty days from the end of the $1 trial period. There will be no refunds for any partial months. You may opt out of the subscription service at any time before the next billing date.

Disclaimer of Warranty
Next Level Profits, LLC online subscription & traiing services are provided as-is, with all faults, and without warranty of any kind. Next Level Profits, LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, express and implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and title /non-infringement to the full extent permitted by law.

Interruption of Services
While Next Level Training shall take all reasonable steps to insure that the online subscription service is available 24/7, Next Level Profits, LLC does not warrant the online subscription services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the services will be corrected. Extreme precaution will be taken to prevent any downtime and quick resolution in the event service is interrupted.

Results
Next Level Profits, LLC does not warrant or make any representation regarding the use or the results of the use of the online subscription services, training or related documentation in terms of their correctness, accuracy, quality, reliability, appropriateness for a particular task or application, or otherwise. No oral or written information or advice given by Next Level Profits, LLC  or its authorized representatives shall create a warranty. You are entirely responsible for and assume all risk for use of Next Level Profits, LLC online subscription services.

Exclusive Remedy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with Next Level Profits, LLC online subscription services, your sole right and exclusive remedy is to terminate your subscription as per the terms stated in this End User License Agreement. No refund of all or any portion of your subscription fee will be given. 

Next Level Profits, LLC training and coaching programs, such as, 6 Month Internet Mastery Coaching Program, Advanced One On One Coaching, and other Next Level Profits, LLC Programs, both paid in full and monthly installment plans, have a no refund policy.  By purchasing a coaching or training program you agree and understand that partial or full refunds will not be given.
